Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 3 to 5 days of placing the order.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped by the vendor/merchant, we may not be able to cancel it.
- Perishable products such as flowers, food items, or other consumables cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 3 to 5 days of delivery.
- The item will be inspected by the merchant/vendor. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.
- For any item with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Wrong Product or Not as Expected
- If you believe the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service Team within 3 to 5 days of delivery.
- Our team will review your complaint and take a suitable action (refund or replacement).
Refund Policy
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.
