Job Responsibilities
- Seller Portfolio Management: Handle a portfolio of top-performing sellers on Amazon Marketplace.
- Business Growth Strategies: Develop and execute customized seller growth plans to drive success.
- Seller Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and growth for sellers.
- Performance Insights & Data Analysis: Analyze seller performance, identify trends, and present insights to optimize business opportunities.
- Best Practices Implementation: Guide sellers on marketplace operations and customer experience best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve seller needs and streamline processes.
Basic Qualifications
✔ 1+ years of sales experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience in account management or e-commerce industry
